In view of lapse of time, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to approach the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati with a representation for taking a decision on the issue of grant of approval.

We expect the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati to decide the same within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order.
