As the grievance which is made in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure that the amount of maintenance granted to the non-applicants is on higher side is required to be considered by the learned Magistrate while considering the applications filed by the applicants on 29 th August, 2015 and 7 th December, 2015, I am not inclined to entertained the present application. The learned Magistrate shall decide the applications filed by the applicants on 29 th August, 2015 and 7 th December, 2015 on merits, according to law. The present application is disposed of. No costs.
