Applicant 1 is the husband, applicant 2 is the mother-in-law and applicant 3 is the sister-in-law of the complainant on whose report Crime 29/2020 is registered with Murtizapur Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 04-3-2020 this Court granted interim pre-arrest protection. A statement is made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. S.S. Doifode that the investigation is complete and the charge-sheet is filed.

In any event, considering the accusations against the applicant, custodial interrogation is not necessary. Nothing is to be recovered.
