ATE : JANUARY 27, 2025 1) The only grievance is that the claim of the petitioner for transfer to a nearby place where the wife of the petitioner is working, has not been considered under the unification policy on the ground that petitioner has not applied online in the portal available for that.

2) Mr.Deshpande learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 upon instructions makes a statement that as and when application is made by the petitioner on the portal when it opens, the same shall be considered in accordance with the husband wife unification policy.

3) In view of the above, the grievance of the petition does not survives. The petition is therefore, disposed of in terms of the above statement.
