Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, a prayer is made to direct the respondent no. 3 to grant the benefit of pension and extend the service benefit to the petitioner by calculating the daily wage service of the petitioner.

Since the issue is still not decided and the prayer is innocuous, we hereby direct the respondent no. 3 to decide the said issue in accordance with law, within ten weeks from today. For deciding the issue present petition be treated as representation.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today along with petition, before the concern respondent within two weeks from today. 5.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 6.
