Considering the nature of reliefs sought in the writ petition, the petitioners are permitted to move before the Competent Authority in view of the decision in Writ Petition No.1378/2020 dated 18/08/2022 (Dr Amol S/o Ramdas Karhe and ors. vs. The Commissioner (Health Services) and Mission Director (N.H.M.), Mumbai and ors.) for seeking such financial benefits which they claim to be entitled to. 3.

If such representation/application is made within a period of four weeks from today, the Competent Authority to consider and decide the same within a period of four months from the date of such representation before it.
