Heard learned counsel Ms Amruta Gupta for the applicants, learned counsel Shri Hajare for the claimants, and learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri M.A. Kadu for non-applicant Nos.3 and 4.

This appeal is admitted by this Court. While admitting the present appeal, orders were passed that on applicants depositing entire decretal amount before this Court within a period of 12 weeks from 13.6.2018, there shall be Stay.

Learned counsel Ms Amruta Gupta for the applicants, in pursuance to the said orders, submits that the applicants have deposited entire decretal amount before this Court.

Having heard learned counsel Ms Amruta Gupta .....2/-

caf2253.15 4 for the applicants, learned counsel Shri Hajare for the claimants, and learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri M.A. Kadu for non-applicant Nos.3 and 4, I find the present application for Stay can be allowed during the pendency of the appeal.

Consequently, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. There shall be Stay to the effect and execution of judgment and decree dated 3.9.2012 passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.149/2005. 6.

With this, the civil application stands disposed of accordingly.
