The petitioner prays for relief as follows:

"(1) It is therefore, most humbly prayed that, May kindly relax the condition of furnishing surety of respected person of the locality and direct to respondents to accept the surety given by the petitioner and direct to be released the petitioner as per order dated 28/11/2019 the interest of justice."

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the petition the petitioner is released and hence, the petition has become infructuous.

Ms Kalyani Deshpande, learned A.P.P. states that she is not aware about the subsequent development. Be that as it may, accepting the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed as infructuous.
