Shri Zinjarde, learned counsel for the petitioner points out the subsequent events which took place during the pendency of the present matter and which are having bearing on this matter. It is pointed out that Wakf Board has approved the scheme submitted by the petitioner Trust and certain members are also added.

In the circumstances, I am of the opinion that it would be appropriate that the petitioner be SKNair

67-wp-1319-20.odt granted liberty to move appropriate application before the learned trial Court in view of the subsequent events. 3.

In case, such application is moved, the learned trial Court shall not get influenced by the order dated 26th November, 2019 rejecting the application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure and shall decide the same independently in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the civil application is disposed of.
