The learned counsel appearing for petitioner would submit that out of the Court, the matter has been amicably settled in between petitioner and the Management i.e. respondent Nos. 2 and 3. For that purpose, a joint pursis has been filed which is taken on record and marked as Article "X" for identification. The term of settlement have been incorporated in the pursis.

Management has also passed resolution of which a copy has been annexed. As per settlement, Demand Draft ("DD") of 10,00,000/- has been handed over to the petitioner today.

Today, the petitioner is present before us who has been identified by his learned counsel. The petitioner is in

2 1 wp 1939.21 conformity with the terms of settlement namely he has resigned from the post of Assistant Professor with effect from 12.07.2024 and today he is in receipt of DD of Rs. 10,00,000/-.

On behalf of respondent Nos. 2 and 3, Mr. Rajesh Mapari has appeared through authorized letter. He has also confirmed the contents of pursis and in particular that they have accepted the resignation of the petitioner with effect from 12.07.2024. Both parties have agreed about the settlement and also stated that they have signed on the compromise terms.

In view of above, since the matter is settled by way of compromise, nothing survives. Hence, petition stands disposed of. The settlement is accepted and it shall be binding on both parties.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
