Heard the learned Advocate for the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 3 and the learned Advocate for the appellant. 02] The applicants are wife and two sons of the deceased. The appellant has already deposited an amount of Rs.70,01,746/- along with mandatory deposit of Rs.25,000/-.

03] Considering the reasons stated in the application, the applicants/respondent Nos.1 to 3 are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. The amount may be transferred in the joint bank account of respondent Nos.1 to 3, on furnishing a usual undertaking. 04] The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 05] The matter be listed in the second week of August, 2022.
