By this application, the applicant is seeking amendment to add the name of respondent No-2 M/s Runwal Developers Pvt. Ltd. by substituting the name of respondent No.2.

As per contention of the applicant, recently he has been informed that M/s Subodh Constructions Private Limited has merged with M/s Runwal Developers Pvt. Ltd., by order dated 09/02/2007 passed by this Court.

Learned counsel Mr R.A. Jain is present for the respondent No.2.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary rkn
