ORDER

(Passed on 14th December, 2019) Appellant with counsel Mrs. P.P. Chobe and Shri S.K. Kondawar, Executive Engineer, Bembla Project, Yavatmal is present. The Claimant/Appellant and respondents are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "H" (X). Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. In view of compromise, award is passed. The Claimant/Appellant shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation as per setttlement alongwith accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per orders of the court. Case is disposed of.
