The present application is filed by the respondent no. 1/ applicant for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in Reference Court.

The amount of Rs. 12,76,514/- has been deposited by the appellant before 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha vide C.R. No. 20/2018 on 16/4/2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant objects for withdrawal for the said amount. However, considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The claimant/respondent no. 1 is hereby granted permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in Reference Court at Wardha.

16. CAF 1394.2022 in FA 1063.2019 The Registry at Reference Court, Wardha is hereby directed to disburse the aforesaid amount in the account of respondent no. 1/claimant.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
