(i) Learned Addl.GP Mr. N.S. Fulzele, on instructions from Mr. S.R. Jadhav, Executive Engineer, PMGSY, MMRDA, Nagpur has stated that the disputed incomplete work shall be completed by 31.5.2024;

(ii) The said officer is physically present in the Court and from page No. 116, he has identified the incomplete work and based on the same, the statement is made.
