Pending the writ petition for admission the petitioner has filed this civil application for amendment of the writ petition raising additional grounds and bringing subsequent events on record.

Heard learned counsel Shri N.B.Kalwaghe for the petitioner, learned counsel Shri J.B.Kasat for respondent No.3, learned senior counsel Shri R.L.Khapre for respondent No.4, and learned Additional Government Pleader Shri S.M.Ukey for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Since the writ petition is yet to be admitted, there will be no prejudice to the parties if this application is allowed inasmuch as it will be open for each of respondents .....2/-

caw598.21 1 to file additional counter reply, if any. If the reply is not filed, they can always response to the petition along with averments made in the application for the amendment. 5.

In this view of the matter, the civil application is allowed. The petitioner is directed to file amended copy of the writ petition along with all annexures within a period of three weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish amended copy along with annexures upon learned counsel for respective respondents.

Civil Application (CAW) No.237/2021 This application for vacation of interim order is kept for consideration, at the time of hearing of the writ petition for admission, on 5.5.2021.
