Saboo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the judgment dated 23/01/2017 in Writ Petition No.847 and 848 of 2016 the petitioner has received part payment of retirement benefits. He submitted that thereafter on 28/05/2018 he has made a representation in that regard seeking release of the balance amount.

In view of these developments the present proceedings are disposed of. It is open for the petitioner to raise an appropriate grievance to seek relief as has been granted by the judgment dated 23/01/2017.
