Perused the First Information Report and reply of the prosecution which states that the role of the present applicant is yet to be ascertained and for the present, his custody is not required and it is enough if his attendance is ensured.
In view of the reply of the prosecution, I am inclined to allow this application.
Application is allowed. Interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 7th March 2017 is hereby confirmed on same conditions with addition of the condition that now he shall attend Police Station, Ramtek everyday between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon for a period of one month starting from 3rd April 2017 and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer. Application is disposed of.
