We find on hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has challenged the order of the State Government, dated 14.7.2014 by filing a writ petition on 3.3.2016. Though it appears that there is some explanation for the delay till 27.3.2015, there is no explanation whatsoever as to why the petitioner had to wait for one year to challenge the order even after 27.3.2015. Also, we find that the school, of which recognition has been cancelled, has not approached this Court through the management-society. The petitioner who claims to be the Secretary of the Society has filed the writ petition in the personal

1503wp1795.16 capacity. The petition is not filed in accordance with regular practice and procedure.

Shri Wathore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to wtihdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition through the Society/management. Permission and liberty both are granted, as prayed for. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Judge Judge /TA/
