This Court vide order dated 12.9.2023 has dismissed the petition for non-compliance of the orders of this Court. The applicants are seeking for restoration and condonation of delay in filing restoration application. 3.

Having regard to the cause canvassed and the quantum of delay, we deem it appropriate to allow the applications on certain conditions.

Delay stands condoned. The order of dismissal is recalled and Criminal Application (APL) No.1324/2023 is restored on the same stage on condition that applicants shall deposit costs of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur within two weeks from today.

Both applications are disposed of.
