The petitioner has secured admission to M.B.B.S. course on the basis of her caste. She claims to be belonged to 'Mana', Scheduled Tribe.

Order of invalidation has been questioned in this writ petition which is admitted for final hearing. The interim orders protecting her education are also operating. Thus, period of about four years is to expire. The petitioner is, therefore, about to complete her education on the strength of invalidated caste claim.

This Court has on 25-3-2015 directed the respondents to declare the result of the petitioner pending adjudication of this writ petition. Accordingly, the petitioner has now appeared in

caw593.17 second year examination, that result has also not been declared by the respondent no. 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 and Shri Manohar, learned Advocate appears for the respondent no. 3. Nobody appears for the respondent no. 4.

In this situation, we direct the respondent no. 4 to declare the result of the petitioner within two weeks from today.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of.
