The accused is in cusotdy since 06-10-2019 in connection with Crime 461/2019 registered with Mangrulpir Police Station, Washim for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased was 10 months old son of accused 1 with whom according to the prosecution, the present applicant-accused 2 was in a illicit relationship. Scrutiny of the material in the charge-sheet would reveal that apart from the fact that the applicant was allegedly in illicit relationship with accused 1, there is no cogent material, at least prima facie, to connect the applicantaccused with the crime.

The applicant has made out a case for grant of bail.

The application is allowed.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount.

The applicant shall attend Police Station Mangrulpir as and when directed by the Investigating Officer, till the filing of the charge-sheet. 8.

The applicant shall not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or to influence witnesses. JUDGE adgokar
