DATE : 17/08/2022 1] The petition questions the order dt 28.2.2020 (page 22), whereby the Respondent No.1 has directed the petitioner to approach the City Survey Officer in view of the order dated 17.1.2018 (page 20). 2] Since the land in question, falls within the jurisdiction of the City Survey Officer, it is apt that an application for correction in pursuance to the order dated 17.1.2018 be made before the City Survey Officer concerned. That being the position, since that liberty is available to the petitioner, I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is accordingly dismissed. No. costs.
