Shri Mohta, the learned counsel for the applicants, states that by an order, dated 05/01/2015, the non-applicant is directed to deposit the arrears of rent at the rate of Rs.550/- from 01/03/2006. It is stated that some amount has been deposited by the non-applicant in this Court on 16/01/2015. It is stated that instead of prosecuting this application, an appropriate application would be filed for a direction to the non-applicant to pay towards compensation/damages to the applicant. The applicant is free to file an appropriate application for a direction to the non-applicant to pay damages/compensation, during the pendency of the writ petition.
