By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking condonation of delay of 19 days in filing appeal. It is contended by the learned counsel for the appellant that she has approached to this Court for challenging the judgment and order dated 18.10.2023 passed by the 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Akola. The appellant was under impression that the appeal is to be filed before the Sessions Court however, subsequently the appellant came to know that this Court has jurisdiction and, therefore, obtained certified copies. Hence, the delay is caused in preferring the appeal. The delay is not intentional one and prays for condone the delay. 3.
Heard learned Counsel for the appellant and perused the application.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application which appears to sufficient and satisfactory, delay of 19 days in filing appeal be condoned subject to costs of Rs.2000/-. The costs to be paid to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

After depositing the costs, the Appeal be registered and after registered the Appeal, notice be issued to the respondent.

Stand over after four weeks.
