The applicants-respondent Nos.1 to 6, who are the original claimants in L.A.C. No.459/2005, have filed this application for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant-Acquiring Body, as per the judgment and award, dated 31/12/2012 passed by the Reference Court in the said L.A.C.

The appeal has been withdrawn before the Lok-Adalat. Hence, respondent Nos.1 to 6 are permitted to withdraw the compensation along with interest accrued thereon.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
