Heard Advocate Shri Jaltare for the applicant. Perused the say of I.O. filed before the Sessions Court. From the perusal of say, it appears that accused along with common intention with main accused accepted Rs.7,00,000/- from the complainant. Saying that they provide job to them in a Municipal Corporation. Not only that they have accepted the amount. They have also received false and fabricated appointment letter to them. When they went to the Municipal Corporation to join the duties, it was noticed that those appointment letters were fabricated. In such circumstances, the applicant is not entitled for any protection.

The application is rejected.
