The applicants and non-applicant 2 have settled the dispute. 2.

There is a joint request for quashing proceedings in Crime 492/2021 registered with Hudkeshwar Police Station, Nagpur and chargesheet 13/2022. 3.

We allow the prayer and quash proceedings in Crime 492/2021 registered with Hudkeshwar Police Station, Nagpur and chargesheet 13/2022 subject to following conditions :- (i) This order shall come into effect only after terms of settlement are duly complied with.

(ii) We note that the petition seeking divorce by mutual consent is pending. The amount of Rs.4,50,000/- is to be paid to non-applicant 2 - wife after the decree in the said petition.

(iii) This order shall come into effect after the said formalities are completed and further after the applicants collectively .....2/-
