In the light of the order dated 29.08.2022 dated 29.08.2022 passed under Section 14(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a request would be made to the concerned Court to ensure compliance of the directions issued earlier.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to move such application before the concerned Court.
