Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the contents of the application. On a reading of the same, it appears that the prayer made on behalf of the applicant is reasonable as the applicant cannot make the Slaughter House operational without seeking the necessary sanction from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
