By order dated 12.03.2019, this Court had granted stay of the impugned judgment and order passed by the Reference Court, subject to the appellants depositing the amount of compensation in this Court. It is undisputed that the appellants have indeed deposited the said amount.

Therefore, the interim stay granted by this Court by order dated 12.03.2019 is confirmed and the application is disposed of.
