As regards the Rohan S/o Narendra Sukhadeve is concerned, he has filed Intervention Application No.658 of 2022. In light thereof, addition of Rohan S/o Narendra Sukhadeve as party Respondent is permitted. As regards addition of Gangabai Gunwantrao Wankhade as Respondent No.5 is concerned, issue notice to Respondent No.5 on the address given in the Civil Application for addition as party Respondent, returnable on 8 April 2022.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 658 OF 2022 In this Civil Application, either in the title or in the body of the application, name of the Applicant along with address that he wants to be joined as intervener is not given. It only appears in the verification clause. The Registry ought to have raised objection in such Application. However, since the learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that this applicant that is Rohan S/o Narendra Sukhadeve is now joined as a party in the Petition, this Civil Application does not survive and is disposed of (ANIL L.
