Civil Application No.691/2019 is accordingly disposed of.

Civil Application (CAW) No.1223 of 2019 The respondent Nos.1 and 2 seek vacation of the interim order dated 11/02/2019 by which the said respondents were directed to pay the salary of the petitioner during pendency of the proceedings. It is submitted that salary for the month of April 2019 has been paid to the petitioner.

Shri V. A. Kothale, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Education Officer on 26/04/2019 has issued a communication directing the Management to reinstate the petitioner in service. In view of these directions the

2-WP-1062-19 2/2 respondent Nos.1 and 2 are free to take necessary steps. If they are aggrieved by that direction it is for them to challenge the same. In the meanwhile if the services of the petitioner are reinstated by the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the earlier school, it is open for them to send the pay bills of the petitioner to the Education Officer.
