ATE : MARCH 6 , 202 Learned Additional Government Pleader Mr. D.P. Thakare has invited our attention to the affidavit placed on record of the Collector thereby stating that effective steps were taken for not only removal of encroachment but also for preventing the future encroachment.

Since the statement is made on affidavit, same is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

The statement that the entire land is made free of encroachment is taken on record. As a sequel of above, when consulted, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed Belkhede

We expect the State Government to deal with the same expeditiously.

With above observations, this Public Interest Litigation is disposed of.
