Vide order dated 18.07.2024 leave was granted to amend the application within a period of two weeks. The same has not been done till today. There was nobody appeared on behalf of the applicant on 19.08.2024 and thereafter, also the matter was adjourned from time to time at the behest of the applicants. Since nobody was present on 28.11.2025, we have kept the matter for dismissal. 2.

Today the learned counsel for the applicant appears and requests for sometime.
