Perused the contents of the application. The proposed amendment does not change the nature of the petition. Hence, we allow the amendment application. The petitioner should amend the writ petition within a period of two weeks. After the amendment is carried out, issue notice of final disposal to the newly added party, returnable on 4.4.2016. The Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
