This application is an abuse of the process of law. 2] The applicant earlier moved this Court vide Criminal Application (BA) 873/2019, which application came to be rejected vide order dated 18.10.2019. 3] The order of rejection of bail is elaborate and well reasoned.

4] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the change in circumstance is that the earlier counsel did not bring certain material to the notice of the Court. 5] The submission is noted only as courtesy to the learned counsel.

6] The application is dismissed with cost of
