DATE: 20.08.2022 The approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher is rejected by the Education Officer vide order dated 9.2.2021 in view of the Government Resolution dated 4.5.2020.

Ms. T.H. Khan, the learned AGP informs that the Government Resolution dated 4.5.2020 was relevant only during the period of Covid-19 pandemic and the proposal shall be considered on merits by the Education Officer within the next ninety days.

Since the petitioner claims to have been appointed in the year 2013, we expect the Education Officer to decide the proposal with the sense of urgency which it deserves and in any
