On a very specific query made to learned counsel for applicant as to whether the wife has filed the proceeding for divorce against her husband, the answer given by the learned counsel for applicant is that the wife has not filed any petition for divorce.

Further, I have gone through contents of the application.

No case is made out. The application is, therefore, rejected.
