Upon instructions, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to apply for regular bail to the Trial Court after surrender. He also seeks limited protection for appearing before the Trial Court.

In view of above, the appeal stands disposed of since withdrawn with liberty to apply for regular bail to the Trial Court after surrender. No order as to costs. 3.

The appellant undertakes to appear before the Trial Court on or before 21.04.2023. We hereby direct that no coercive action shall be taken against the appellant till 21.04.2023.

This protection is only for giving breathing time to the appellant to surrender, which has no relevance with the merits of the case.
