(6) The application is allowed on a condition that the applicant will remove the office objections, within a period of three weeks from today.

(7) The writ petition is restored to the file by giving permission to the counsel for the petitioner to remove the office objections within a period of three weeks, if the office objections are not removed within a period of three weeks the original order dated 23.01.2017 of the Registrar (Judicial) shall remain in operation.
