Limited relief sought for in this Petition is to decide the pending caste claim of the Petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader states that he has received instructions that the claim of the Petitioner will be decided within a period of six months. Since the statement is made on behalf of Committee, we bind the Committee to this time limit.
