22nd April, 2019 The respondent no.5 is the earlier employer of the petitioner who has not supplied the petitioner the documents required for getting an order of appointment in the services of respondent no.6. The petitioner claims that he is selected for appointment in the office of the Asstt. Director of Health Services; but for want of documents from respondent no.5, the appointment order is not yet issued.

The petitioner has a remedy to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. We dismiss the petition with liberty to approach the said Tribunal. Judge Judge |hedau|
