As regards the panchanama dated 3-4-2023 (at Page No.59 of the petition), Shri S.A. Chaudhari, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.8 and 9- Railways, assures that the compensation, which is already determined, shall be deposited with the Revenue Authorities within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. Statement is accepted.

The petitioners shall be entitled to withdraw the said amount of compensation without prejudice to their further right to claim enhanced compensation.

As regards the panchanama dated 16-3-2023 (at Page No.58 of the petition), we direct the respondent Nos.3 and 7 to determine the compensation within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order

2 WP-1571-2024.odt and communicate the same to the respondent Nos.8 and 9, who are directed to deposit the amount of compensation with the respondent No.4 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such assessment. 5.

Needless to clarify that the petitioners shall withdraw the said amount of compensation without prejudice to their rights to contest the claim for enhanced compensation.

The consent extended by the learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, that the respondent Nos.8 and 9 shall be permitted to execute the work of electrification is taken on record. 7.

In view of the aforesaid directions, nothing remains to be considered in the petition and the same stands disposed of. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.) LANJEWAR
