Despite the fact that permission to carry out the amendment was granted vide order dated 15.07.2024, in light of the fact that, the chargesheet was filed during the pendency of the present application, the amendment has not been carried out till date. Today, a prayer is made for extension of time to carry out the amendment. 3.

The present application is pending since last six years.

Considering the casual approach of the applicants in not carrying out the amendment, we are of the opinion that time shall not be extended. However, we are of the opinion that the purpose will be served if the application is disposed of in view of the fact that the

16.APL.224.19.odt chargesheet has been filed, with liberty to the applicants to file afresh, raising a challenge to the chargesheet if the applicants so desire.
