Dated : 12th March, 2019 The petitioners have alternate remedy to seek a relief under Section 80 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 or for enhancement of compensation under Section 64 of the said Act, in accordance with law. We, therefore, do not find any reason to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed.
