Issue notice to the non-applicant/State.

The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice on behalf of the State and files on record the reply of the prosecution.

I have gone through the F.I.R. and the reply of the prosecution. It is stated that major part of the investigation is over. In any case, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is no longer required. The applicants are in jail since 17th February, 2018. All of them are male persons. Considering all these facts and also the nature of allegations made against the applicants, I do not think that in these circumstances, no purpose would be served by keeping the applicants behind the bar.

Hence, the application is allowed. It is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing a P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions: i.

The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Tuesday and Saturday in between

ba.190.18 2/2 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. till filing of the chargesheet. ii. They shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii. They shall not in any manner attempt or attempt to contact the victim, her mother and other relatives. iv. They shall co-operative with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
