Heard. Perused the contents of the application. The applicant-appellant has filed Criminal Appeal No.119/2018 against the judgment of the Special Judge dated 5.10.2017 and the same is admitted by the order dated 23.2.2018. The appellant cannot file one more appeal against the same judgment.

Hence, we dispose of Criminal Application (APPA) No.186/2018. The criminal appeal also stands disposed of accordingly.
