This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent, and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that some of the co-accused are already released on bail by this Court, and the State's application for cancellation of bail is pending therefore, liberty be granted to the present applicant to file an application for grant of bail before the trial Court after the decision of the bail cancellation application filed by the other co-accused.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the applicant, such liberty is granted to the applicant to file an application for grant of bail after the decision of the application filed by the State for cancellation of bail against other co-accused.
