Heard Advocate Shri Patwardhan for the applicant.

Perused the report and say of I.O. filed before the Sessions Court. The Manager of WCL lodged the report against the accused persons alleging that the coal of WCL stock in the premises of Painganga Valley. WCL were removed in the truck belonging to the applicant valued Rs.1,89,000/-. The drivers of the truck are arrested by the police. Advocate Shri Patwardhan has submitted that seven trucks of the applicant are detained. They are not responsible for the commission of theft.

There is no dispute that trucks belongs to the applicants. They are well aware where the trucks were going. Therefore, they are not entitled for any protection. In the result, the application is rejected.
